If you had a long trip and it's night time, cozy up to the fireplace and watch TV on the large screen, or perhaps you'd rather "rough it" and roast s'mores on an open campfire pit.
Tomorrow morning you'll have trouble deciding which deck to sit on. There is even one out on the water where you can cast a line. From the front porch, watch the antics of the ducks on the lake.
2 Lakeside Decks

Step onto the back deck and soak in the spectacular sunrise coming up over the hills and pine grove. Your view includes a beautiful and very private valley that can only be seen from the Ranch home. It won't matter which deck you choose, it's guaranteed to sooth the soul.
Swim in the spring fed lake

There is a row boat and peddle boat waiting for you to cruise on the lake. Be sure to stop and play on the Splash Island trampoline. Take a swim from one of the four beaches, or if it's winter, practice your figure eights on the ice.
It's Margerita time on the fully furnished deck. Throw some steaks on the Weber grill or use the fully equipped kitchen. If you'd rather have a night on the town, Tomah features some great places to eat, from fast food to supper clubs, and it's only 7 minutes away.

Meanwhile. back at the Ranch, it's time to roast the marshmallows. There is nothing like an open campfire to rekindle romance.
Watch the moon come up over the pines. Out here you can see the entire stretch of the Milky Way. Why not count the stars from your private outdoor hot tub before hopping into bed.

The Ranch home is one of four lakeside homes on Birch Lake Secluded Resort, 10 minutes SW of Tomah WI.
Tomah is located in South Central Wisconsin where I 90/94 divides. It is located 98 miles northwest of Madison, 3 hours and 15 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare, 3 hours and 15 minutes southeast of Minneapolis, and just 40 minutes from Wisconsin Dells.
